What I collect
If you sign up for email, I collect your email address. If you use the contact or booking forms, I collect what you enter (name, email, phone if given, message). If you use the AI Brand Visibility Analyzer, I collect your email address and the content or URL you submit. If you buy the Audit Kit, Squarespace processes the order and payment. I receive your name, email, and order details, not your full card number.
How I use it
To send what you asked for (the report, the kit, the newsletter), to reply to you, and to understand how the site is used. I don't sell personal information.
Services that process it
Squarespace (site hosting, forms, email campaigns, commerce), Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), and the hosting and AI services that run the AI Brand Visibility Analyzer. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends.
Retention
I keep form and analyzer submissions as long as I need them to reply to you and to keep business records. I keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.
